Everyone’s heard of Marsala, a sweet fortified wine that reminds of the fancy Sherries but that most people wouldn’t necessarily know much about.

We had to do something about it, because we visited Marsala (the city) and remained absolutely fascinated by the stories that our winemaking friends there decided to share .

Tales of families and techniques handed down one generation after the other, of old wines almost forgotten.

We came up with this tasting, a tour of the various style of wine you can find in the area, of their stories and of the ones of the heroic winemakers that keep making them nowadays.

The experience will include a tasting of 4 wines, a white, an oxidative style white, a so called “Perpetuum” and a fortified, traditional Marsala, with our WSET3 certified wine expert to guide you through it.

Mount Etna is without a doubt one of the most trending wine areas of the moment: volcanic soil, tight spaces, old vines and an incredible micro climate, a special but small place packed with wineries on all sides of it.

We wanted to offer an experience that could give a clear representation of the various products that this area and its winemaker are bringing to life.

A comparative tasting, trying some of best artisanal wines side by side while pointing out at the different styles and at the geographical characteristics of the specific places.

The experience includes a tasting of 4 different wines, 2 whites and 2 reds, from different sites around the volcano with our WSET3 certified wine expert to guide you through the process.

We wanted to dive deep down into our past, trying to figure out what brought to the development of our beloved wine culture.

We found ways to put our hands over some beautiful replicas of the greek “Kylix”, the terracotta cups the Ancient Greeks used to drink wine from during their symposiums and we chose 3 different wines, all made in anforas, to bring to your table as examples of what our culture can and used to offer.

An immersive tasting, created to explore and bring clarity on what these ancient techniques requires and actually causes to the final product.

The experience includes a tasting of 3 wines, 2 whites with skin contact maceration and 1 red, all handpicked from within Sicily and Campania, enjoyed from our terracotta “Kylix” replicas and accompanied by our WSET3 certified wine expert’s stories on the topic.
