ANFORA WINE

This year we took our tastings one step further, out of our bistrot.

If you liked the wine we recommended, now’s the chance to go and see where it come from and how it is made.

We arranged a collaboration with 3 extremely authentic wineries we already work with, “I Vigneri” on mount Etna, “Arianna Occhipinti” in the far south of the Noto Valley and “Elios”, in the town of Alcamo.

Contact us and let us plan your personal winery visit for you, from the transfer to the tasting, so that you can only focus on enjoying this amazing experience.

I Vigneri is an amazing reality, originated from one of Etna’s most famous personalities, Salvo Foti, around the area of Milo (East Etna). With various small vineyards all around the volcano and techniques that dates back to hundreds of years in the past, they’re probably the most representative producers of their area.

I Vigneri

Arianna Occhipinti is the leading female figure of Sicilian winemaking.

One of the first producers to get their hands around natural wine and ethical agriculture, she now creates many incredible wines from the many overlooked varieties of the area.

ELIOS

Guido and Nicola from Elios are two very good friends who decided to bring together their families’ terrain to create a wonderful but still quite small vineyard around the valley of Alcamo.

Thanks to their creative approach to winemaking and their passion for sustainable and ethical agriculture, they’re giving us unique wines that are juicy and fresh but with a beautiful aging potential.
